Yep. I can't quite figure her/the skit out. Is ths supposed to be representative of some demographic? Or just creepy?

ill explain a bit:
stuart is supposed to be a child in an adults body. its funny, yeah in a weird way, but still funny.
its from the show called "mad tv" its like saturday night live but alot more funny. thanks for the comments tho, i was getting to think no one read it or saw it.. owell,, humor and laughter is priceless!
