OMG!!! What just happened to my duckling??

I had an Adult duck do that,

one of my mallard drakes from mcmurray was perfectly fine his whole life, then one morning I found him on his back, he couldn't walk or stand, he was dead the next day.

I had a mallard duckling that did that everytime he drank water. He would tip his head back all the way and fall over and roll around in circles till you picked him back up. I was able to pull him threw the first 3 weeks... He nearly died 3 or 4 times... I thought he was growing out of it so I put him back in with the other ducklings and found him in the pen dead the next morning....

This one hadn't done it before, and hasn't done it since. I don't know what caused it, but whatever it was it must have gotten over it. I haven't noticed it acting strange at all since.
