what should my eggs look like on day 15??
9 out of my 12 eggs are have deffo got something goin on!!!
also, what happens when theres a black mark floating around in the egg??
i wasnt sure so i put it with the maybes

wish I could help you, I candled for the first time on Friday, some you could see the little "heart" moving around and some you couldn't see much of....patience my dear...you only have 6 more days and then you'll KNOW what's going on LOL....

Ok, you can just calmly put the egg back in the bator and walk away. I had a chick hatch at 17 days... either I miss counted or he/she was really that early. If it peeped, it could still take up to 2 days to get out by itself! It's best to just leave them be this far along. As it was said, you will know for sure in 2-4 days time who's going to hatch. If there are some stragglers even then... leave them to hatch until day 23-24!

A blood spot should not hurt the growing chick. So keep it. I assumed by peep you meant chick, not pip, where the chick has poked thru the eggshell.
