I swear i just got a 2 yolked egg OMG does anybody know why this happens. (Btw my dog ate it so there’s no going back) but I have a picture

I've got a chicken that lays double yolks very consistently! It's pretty cool, huh?? I don't know the science behind it, most likely two yolks get too close together inside the hen and get formed in the same eggshell

More or less that. More common in young layers.
