Ominous looking blob in egg. Bacteria?

This is Day 9, but looked similar on Day 7. There's the blood ring plus the dark glob that doesn't move, which I assume is a dead embryo? Or is it something bacterial? It looks ominous. This was a shipped egg. I'm going to toss this one, but wanted to see if anyone could confirm what the black area is.

definitely dead, i’ve seen this before and just thrown it out

Dead. I think it would be best to throw out because it will explode soon if not now

I threw it out yesterday. So glad I checked here and didn't leave it in any longer.
