Any one out there have this coop. I have it. And love it. Very pricey but the ease of clean and the fact that it's plastic will keep me from having to stain it every year in rainy Washington . I'm also hoping it will help keep mites and other bugs at bay due to no wood. I'd like to hear from folks who have them I'm curious of how they wear.

My hubby just put mine together yesterday so I can't help in answering your question on how it holds up long term . I have wanted one since the first time I have seen one. It is so cute and well designed. I love it!!

@BarrRockRachelwelcome to byc I'm new here too. I'm in Tacoma Washington. Where you from what color did you get? Mine is green. How many and what kind of chickens? I have nine. Two black sex links, two buff orpingtons, one Rhode Island Red, one Wyandotte and three americanas. They are 5 weeks old and spent thier first night outside in the cube last night. I love my cube!

My wife and I just purchased the Eglu Cube. We're planning to put it together soon but we've got some time as our chicks only arrive next week. Having said that I did read 1-2 reviews on Amazon.com on Eglu Go (the smaller on-the-ground version) and I was surprised to see 1-2 reviews reporting that raccoons were able to open the egg door. I'm not exactly sure of the egg door design differences - if any - between the two models but this is definitely a concern as we live in a remote area and like the Amazon reviewer, it will be a tough conversation with a 3 year old if the unthinkable happens.
