Omlet light setting

Compared to your settings, mine seem weird, but I have both open and close set at 1 with no delay for open and 30 for closing - just to be safe, so as to not lose any stragglers - and my extended run is "pretty" safe, so I don't worry about animals coming right at sundown to get my chickens. Honestly, since I'm always home, I usually manually open the door for them, as they're up and ready to go before the sensor opens it up. It's usually right at daybreak, and often when I open it, it will say only one minute left until it would have opened itself. Sometimes it'll say ten minutes.

Ive been using Omlet door on Light setting open/close for couple of years and have open on 6 and close on 1. Have 15 minute close delay so girls dont get themselves locked out.. Hope this helps someone…
