Do u think the embryo could have survived? I'm at day 8. Can my chick (if it survived) be deformed?

Need more info. I am no expert, but I know the experts on here will need more information. What are you incubating, how low did the temp drop to, and for how long was it that low, what temp is the incubator now, what is the humidity....

The temperature dropped to 80 degrees F, the humidity was normal, 50%, I'm incubating chicken eggs. I'm not sure how long it dropped but it when I woke up it was that low

Keep them working at the correct temperature and let's see what happens, you will Know more at the next Candling session..

Just to add. When I opened the bator and touched the eggs it was very cold

Thanks. You all are such lifesavers. Candled it today and I saw a moving embryo!
