On a scale of 1 to BCM rooster…what are the odds this chicken lays an egg?

The black chicken in question. Was quite certain that my BCM chick is a rooster but some have claimed it’s “too early to tell.” 4.5 weeks old. Anyone had a chicken that turned out to be a hen look like this?
