On Day 24 and no chick ! Please help !

Oh no that’s so sad, I’m really sorry to hear that. Have you got any more due to hatch?

Is it still air, or forced air? How many thermometers do you have in it? Hygrometer(s)? It appears, and sounds more like a temperature problem, than humidity.

Yes there are three left to hatch. But haven’t seen nor heard anything from them. I’m using the Janoel 12 and I also have a thermometer sitting inside that gauges heat and humidity. Both are steady, temp is 100 and humidity in the 70s. After consulting with a chicken hatcher friend I think the issue might have been during incubation. I used a homemade incubator for the first 2.5 weeks, hand turned, did my best to get temps right. Then I decided to buy an incubator because humidity was so hard to keep track of. I put the babies in right before lockdown and this has been my outcome. I’m so sad I’ve failed them!

Start over and don't blame yourself. Hatching can be very difficult at times, and shipped eggs can have issues of their own. Just keep at it. You'll get it sorted out.
