On day 25 please help

Is this a store bought incubator or?
Forced air shouldn't be an issue unless it's a homemade incubator and possibly has way too much air moving or such.

Yes its store bought. I borrowed it from a friend who has hatched cockateils in it. Their cockateils were also late ( hatching started day 25 ended day 28) which i only just found out. But they all hatched at least. Im just trying to be patient and wait it out but were getting closer to day 26 and ive seen minimal movement and hardly any sounds which is making me very anxious. I did see an egg wobble this morning.

Did you candle the eggs during incubation?

Yes i did. They currently have very visible air sacs

Yes its been a steady 37.5 degrees C

Just to be clear, the thermometer you used to confirm this had been fairly recently calibrated to ensure accuracy?

A lot of chicks hatch late when the incubator isn't calibrated correctly. I would monitor their progress closely.

As in they need intervention to hatch?? Or that they need trimming to mate? The eggs are fertile otherwise they wouldnt have developed at all.

Its not uncommon to have a few quitters and clears .My broody hatched 5 out of 8 eggs all of them were fresh eggs

HUman intervention as in taking a pair of scissors and trimming the feathers on the rooster and hens both increases fertility. Sorry if I wasn't clear what the 'intervention' was.

Can you see veins or embryos? Air sacs are in all eggs and don't mean anything.
