If I have to leave home for 3 weeks, where should I leave my chickens? Maybe a babysitter?

Is there any family members or friends who can care for them, otherwise there are pet sitters in some areas.

It's best to have someone who can come feed them at your place hauling chickens to someone else is a pain and you will have the problem of bio security as well as disrupting their whole flock, if they don't already have a flock they likely don't have the facilities to keep chickens anyways

How old are your chicks? I would suggest that you find someone that can stop by your place twice a day and be able to spend at least 10-15 minutes each time (30 would be better) so the can do cleaning maintenance at least once a day if needed and watch them for a short while when they are fed. I have left chicks for a few days at a time with someone stopping by a few times a day, but not weeks. Hope you find someone that has raised chicks...
