   Title says it all - I paid for a GFM (though I'm not sure it's been "connected" to my username here)...how do I get it "connected" and get a new "subtitle"? (sorry if I'm not using the correct terminology). Do I need to PM a specific mod/admin?

   If you paid for a GFM and have not been upgraded, please check the email you used to purchase it.
   
   Several paid for GFMs today but the email used for purchase doesn't match the email used here on BYC.
   
   Just reply to the email I sent and you will be upgraded ASAP.
