One bird flipped all the eggs to "o" last night when they've been on "x" through the whole lockdown

Sorry for all the questions I'm just new to this. It's been 24 hours and none of the other eggs have even pipped yet. The only one that hatched had a REALLY tough white rubbery membrane so I fear the other ones might have trouble. I'm about to take the one that did hatch out and put him in the brooder since he's dry and just wrecking through the bator lol. But I woke up this morning and he has turned all the eggs over to "O" when they've been on "X" through the entire lock down. Now I don't know how long they've been like this, probably a few hours, but should I turn them back around? Or have they repositioned themselves again?
Also these are ducks not chickens but I assume this would be interchangable between the 2. And I am supposed to be feeding them nonmedicated chick starter since our feed store doesn't have duck starter. I have some chick starter left over but it doesn't say medicated or non medicated. Says 18% crumbles. Should I go try to find a different one or???
I posted this in one of the duck threads too just in case.

I have had hatchlings (duck and chicken) kick the unhatched eggs around without any ill effects. In fact, their activity seems to encourage the others to get going. You could turn them the right way round, if you really want to, but they will be fine the way they are. And opening the incubator to flip them will cause a humidity drop which is not ideal at the moment.

On the starter, well, I've heard opposing opinions on whether or not medicated chick starter is o.k. for them or not. I personally would stick with unmedicated and if possible, duckling starter, which is formulated for them. But do ask the duck peeps and see what they say :)

Yeah its a staggered hatch though so some of them need to be turned the right way. I went ahead and turned them back around. I'm making sure the humidity stays up as well. One more hatched though! They're a day late but hey they're taking their time lol.
