one button quail hatched breathing but no moving

i have a baby hatch at 1 am he got out of the egg ok but he or she aint moving much kicking eggs every now and a gain what should i do cull it and it still looks wet

Did it take long to hatch? It may just be tired and still catching it breath. Hopefully

he is fine now his outher 2 friends lol hatched and he started running a bout the bator with them i guess he just needed some one to show him how to walk
