I was going to add that you need a thermometer...keep them around 100 and give them a little dish of water with marbles in it and a dish of food tomorrow....they can survive on the yolk they absorbed while hatching.
I had one die int he shell the other day because it was breathing in and out inside the membrane and so it dried the inside...the next one I tore open the membrane. I hope your hen might take them back....if you can reassemble some secure nest for her and put a couple of eggs in it you may be able to slip these babies under her at night....but be sure its in a secure place!
i came home today to find that my hen that pecks had pecked and crushed an egg that belonged to my silkie broody...I was resigned and picked the thing up, with shattered shell and a membrane around the baby, and when I picked it up the cold little baby started peeping and wiggling in the membrane! so I ran it inside, where thank god I had the incubator on because I just got some houdan eggs in the mail today....and popped it in there...I tope the membrane a little and put a moist paper towel in...and last I looked it was still alive and fine! These are teensy silkies and some are frizzles and some are showgirls, so I hate to lose any of them!...
Anyway, it sounds like you did great!...the heat pad may be too much. they need ot be able to get away from the heat, so put a thermometer right under the heat lamp and try to adjust it so its right around 100, and make sure they can go to the other side of the basin.
post some pics if you can;-) I love chicks!
