one chick feathering out more slowly than the others

All mine are 7 weeks old. I have 1 chick that is still fluffy! He is finally getting his feathers but barely!!! LOL he looks so funny! He is as big as the others but still Fluffy! here is a pic of him a week ago. all the others are almost totally featherd.

It will come in in time. Dunno why he is so slow. He is totaly normal and tries to fly like the others. LOL
