One chick smaller than others

Hello everyone. I have 7 silkies that are 11 weeks old. Six of them are about the same size. One is smaller. She eats, drinks and behaves normally. Is there something I should be doing for her to promote growth?

They eat dumor 20% protein chick starter grower. They get some meal worms and scrambled eggs for treats.

They look healthy, sometimes they're just abit on the small side.

Yes, I believe they're healthy. I'm mostly concerned because she looks like an easy target for a predator. Thank you for your input.
