One Chick !

Hey can anyone let me know how I can find out if my chick is cold ! I only have one so I can't see if it's huddling with others

Hello. I would suggest looking for another chick as a companion!! Im assuming your raising it not a chicken? Chickens are flock animals and its very unnatural for there to be only one... it will quickly become loney, depressed and eventually die. Although i hope you will find a companion, in the mean time use a thermometer or check the behaviour... if its right under the light and making no noise exept soft peeps, its probably fine. But if its peeping loudly its cold. Try finding it a friend!
