One chicken, 2 vents...

Hey everyone! This is my first post on here....and it's a weird one!! I have this rooster, and he has two cloaca, or "Vents", I noticed it when he was a chick, and it has my vet and the freed store expert baffled! He seems to be using both of them, and the only other difference I've noticed is that his big beautiful tail feathers don't seem to be coming in (pic attached). Any thoughts?
