One chicken has hatched! I need help.

Hi there,
One of my chickens has hatched and it is quite crowded, doesn't have much space.
At what point can I open the incubator to clear out some space for it? There are about 3 more that need to hatch.
Some others have pipped.

I took mine out after 1 day..It was pushing the other eggs around.He is doing good..Eating good,drinking water good..Very lively..That was about midnight Thursday and stikll no 11 more..Actually he was 2 days early..Now the others are 1 day late..They may not hatch..
