One chicken in my flock is sick. Any help?

Hi all, here are 2 pictures of one of my 4 RI Reds. They all seem very healthy. They eat well, the coop is in great shape, they’re very active foraging, and I don’t witness any signs of bullying. This one girl is losing feathers around her head and neck and she just generally looks unwell. She’s still eating and socializing well but is definitely the bottom of the pecking order. I’m in Pittsburgh where its been gray and 30°s for weeks but hasn’t been real cold except a 0° snap over Christmas weekend. Any suggestions on what may be causing this issue and maybe a remedy?

Okay, that's good to know. This is my first molting bird. It doesn't look like what I expected. ;-) Thanks for your help!
