One chicken out of 30 sneezing

Hi, I'm new to the forum. We have about 30 chickens and one seems to always be sneezing or coughing. None of the others have this problem. She's been acting this way for several weeks to a month. Should I be worried about her spreading it to the others? Wouldn't they have already contracted something if this is an infection?

remove her ASAP. Mine have this same problem. It started with one chicken, now my whole flock has it. Its been going on for about 6-8 months. Your chicken could just have a cold, but I would remove her just in case. After you move her, wait a few days and see if she still has the same problem. If it is still going on, its not a cold, its something more severe. I bought an anitbiotic from the feed store. Im going to put that in their water and see if things get better.
