I am planning on getting like 4 of each of the following chicks.

Faverolles
Ameraucanas
Leghorns
Welsummers
Buckeyes
and either RIR or Australorps

I may get one Roo of each and try and breed them. Should I build a 4x4 coop for each set of hens or just one big coop?

If I decide to breed would I need like a breeding pen?

If I go with one pen do I need to keep each roo in his own pen or let them stay with the hens?

If you put them all together in one pen, you will certainly have fighting among that many roos, even if it is a really large area. Also, as S n M says, you won't get pure offspring. If you had separate pens for each breed, the roos could live with the girls as long as they weren't too aggressive (since you only plan on 4 hens, an aggressive roo might really wear them out).
