One coop or more than one coop?

I am planning on getting like 4 of each of the following chicks.

Faverolles
Ameraucanas
Leghorns
Welsummers
Buckeyes
and either RIR or Australorps

I may get one Roo of each and try and breed them. Should I build a 4x4 coop for each set of hens or just one big coop?

If I decide to breed would I need like a breeding pen?

If I go with one pen do I need to keep each roo in his own pen or let them stay with the hens?

if u want to beed true you need to have a coop for every breed.

you can have them together in the begining to make things easier but separate by 6 months!
