One duckling

Hello
Iv hatched duck eggs for the first time and unfortunately only one made it…
We have a pond at the front of our house and our plan was once they have their adult feathers to put on the pond with the duck house..
However now Iv only one I feel I can’t do that as it wouldn’t last the duckling (Donald) is inside at the minute keeping warm and take him outside every now and again as he follows my dog everywhere,I’m concerned as to what to do when he gets bigger..
