I'm thinking of making a small incubator for 1 or 2 eggs but I need plans. I thought about making a large bator but I decided I don't need lots of chickens I just need MORE! so I will focus on quality not quantity this time so a 3 egg incubator that has a good hatch rate would be my objective here. if anyone would like to share any plans with me I'm all ears!

If you look at the coop section they have homemade incubators there too. But just a thought, you might want to make it a little bigger to put at least 6 eggs in. That way when you do hatch out the chicks you would get at least one pullet. If you only do one or two eggs at a time, you might only get roos from those two eggs.

I don't mind if I get roosters, I have neighbors and feed stores that would happily accept roosters. I want something small like those yellow ones with the clear domes except alot more reliable.
