One egg, then..... NOTHING!

I was out of town, and my husband was looking after The Girls. They are 20+ weeks - ameraucana (2), wyandotte, cuckoo maran (2), krainkoppe. On the 14th, he found an egg on the ground in the chicken run!!! Since then (today is the 18th)..... NOTHING! Is this normal? Does it take them a little while to get regular?

PS - I *do* have some fun neighbors who wouldn't be beyond the hyjinx of sneaking out to our aviary and "planting" an egg, just to mess with me, LOL! As the days have worn on, that has been my thought - that I have been pranked!
