One eyed chick

My littlest Maran chick met with an accident and is now blind in one eye. Would you keep her? Or is it kinder to cull her? I’m really torn and she seems to be doing fine eating and drinking on her own (I’ve got her separated from he others). She is about 10 weeks old but was always way smaller than my other Maran chick)

If she seems able to enjoy life even with her disability, and is otherwise healthy, I don't think it is necessary to cull her.
If she stops eating and drinking and is in a decline or is in pain I would consider culling but in your case I don't think it's necessary as of now.
