One hen losing neck feathers

In the last few days this hen has lost a bunch of neck feathers. Not happening to any of the other girls. They've been cooped up since it's been extremely cold here... do you think one of the other hens is plucking her feathers out of boredom? Or perhaps she is sick? Any advice would be much appreciated!

I have had hens that has had something simalar happen I think possibly it's her other hens but if you have a roster in there most likely he is doing it . I dought she is sick I think mabye watch her a few days and see if sown of the other hens are plucking at her hope she gets better!!!!
