One hen, white foam in corner of eyes. what is this?

Hi, I have never had any sick chickens before, nor have I introduced any new birds since July (one healthy rooster)
I found one of my Americauna hens today, otherwise well, with white foam in the corner of both eyes. She is not lethargic (It took a while to catch her) I have isolated her, no other birds are showing any symptoms.
any ideas?

I have searched all sorts of disease and differential diagnosis sites including Mercks, but can't find a clear reference to this symptom.

This calls for antibiotics, tylan in the water should work well since it just started. I just helped a friend of mine get rid of the same problem. Except hers had been sick for a month or so before we got on the right track. I don't have experience with tylan, but lots of folk on here do!
