Well my silkie is different (it’s being a pest so it’s getting time out in the container.. it hardly quits poking at the others) but that’s not what I’m posting about.

Yup the one in the corner prefers to sleep standing up. I also don’t think it’s a bantam that it’s supposed to be ...such long legs.

It looks like a bantam- despite it's long legs. Sometimes chicks just sleep in odd positions- on their faces, sides, completely flat or standing up! Occasionally it's because they want to get closer to the heat source if it's overhead, but some just like to be warmer. you can try adding sticks for them to roost on. If she can get higher and closer to the warmth the problem should stop. :)
