Do silkie eggs have a black yolk?

I know it's a silly question(hence my name), but I want to know..............

Thanks to all the future replies!

Yep, normal. The "black" of the silkie is generally within the connective tissues so that's why the skin and the outer layers of meat are more black than let's say the inner muscle.

Now, thousand year old eggs are black inside and they are sooo good!
