One little ring neck pheasant

Back in November I rescued an injured ring neck pheasant. A friend who is a vet checked him out, no broken wings. But he has lost an eye. I named him Pretty Boy. I'm not sure about keeping him and raising him and maybe getting a hen for him. I'm worried about releasing him back into the wild as he seems to have no interest in flying and being blind in one eye. He's a sweetie and gentle. He used to hiss at me, but has never tried to peck me. When I first got him and he was hurt I used to hold him and he loved to cuddle and would fall asleep on my lap.

You need to find a real wildlife rehabilitation center. Unfortunately, you can't keep him but certainly don't release him.
