I have six hens. Five of them look very similar (leghorns) and one looks a bit different (maybe a Cochin?). The five leghorn look-alikes stay close together all the time, even sleeping together on the same top roost but the one that looks different seems shunned. She sleeps on a lower roost on the other end of the coop and is almost always alone in the run area. Is this normal?
 
Yes, there's always a 'low bird' in the pecking order...and some birds are just loners even if they are not low bird.

As long as she's healthy and not being picked on excessively, it's not really problem.
