On the way home from getting out chicks a month ago, "dumpling" had a loud and constant voice. she has been fine ever since until tonight. She will not stop chirping very loudly unless she is held. Even then she starts to settle and then "startles" and peeps loudly for no apparent reason again. All the other chicks are fine. She is ameracauna. Seems to be eating and drinking well. Doesn't have pasty butt. An ideas? It almost seems she is scared or in pain but I can't find anything wrong. I did post the other day that she has a bald spot on her neck but she doesn't seem to be getting pecked and there are no obvious injuries.
