One month old pullet is hobbling around

One of our chicks can't walk very well. We noticed it around 5-7 days ago and seems to be declining. At first it looked like one leg, but now it looks like both. She kinda walks like a penguin and both legs seem to go outward. She isn't walking much anymore, she will take a few steps, but then sits down, and she sits to eat. Please help! It's my 7 yr old daughter's chicken and she is so sad. Thanks!

Can you post photos or a video?
Encourage her to eat her chick starter and provide some poultry vitamins in her water B vitamins are helpful sometimes, make sure it has B2-Riboflavin.
Any swelling of the legs/feet? Any swelling of the hocks?
Any other symptoms - coughing, sneezing, wheezing, runny nose/eyes?
