One month old with nerve disorder symptoms...contagious?

Thanks for the link to the marek's vaccines. I'm still not clear as to what to do here. In reading a bit more about Marek's, it sounds like if my sick chick already has it, there's no point vaccinating. And if my other chicks have already been exposed to it, there really isn't any point of vaccinating either. AND if I'm going to soon put these little ones in with the older year old hens, there's no point in vaccinating them either because once they get past a certain age, they aren't vulnerable to the virus.

Does this sound right? Thank you!!

Correct... if it's Marek's, the vaccine won't cure the chick, nor will it help the others already exposed. The idea is that you get vaccinated chicks to prevent the chooks from getting Marek's. (Not that I'm saying it's Marek's, as I am not a diagnostician.)
