I bought this baby about 2.5 weeks ago. It was in the Polish/Silkie bin. It looks frizzle to me. What do you all think? Thanks!

You need a bird that has a frizzle gene to make another frizzle. It is a dominant gene so either the bird has it or it doesn’t. One of the parents had to be frizzled.
It looks like a Silkie that just has some rough feathering coming in. Can you get a close-up photo of the wings spread out a bit?
How many toes does this little cutie have?😊

A Satin is usually 90% Silkie or more and looks like a Silkie except for the smooth feathering. Cochins are usually used to introduce the smooth feathering but not normally called a Satin until the 6th or 7th generation.😊
