One of my bantams has developed "saddlebags" -- what is wrong??

One of my girls has "pouches" on both sides. No idea what this could be. I'm assuming she's not egg bound?

What breed of bird do you have. 'Saddlebags' are not uncommon in ducks and geese - especially when they are laying.

This is a bantam. Its a new deveopment.
