One of my chick has weird looking poop

I just bought my first set of chicks on Sunday. They all seem to be heathy and active, but I'm concerned about one thing - poop. Most of their poops look like your average bird poop. One of the girls, however, has been making these ochre (rusty brown) colored, pudding-like poops.

I haven't figured out which one, but like I said they all seem perky and active. Should I be concerned?
