Pasty Butt Too Stuck!

Hi everyone,
First time owner here. We got our 3 chicks a couple days ago and I did not know what pasty butt was until I did some research yesterday. I noticed when we got them, one chick had a small amount of poop below her vent. It has built up to a big poop mound all collected under the vent.
We have tried twice, soaking her, rubbing the poop gently with a cotton swab or fingers, and even a dab of vegetable oil to loosen up the poop but it will not budge. We are being extra gentle and not trying to tear her feathers. Now, the other chicks have begun pecking her little behind tonight.
She is still eating, drinking water, and seems to be just as active as the other two chicks. No signs of distress.
So worried, please help!
Should we take her to the local vet?

Thanks!

Is it blocking her vent or is it a navel scab? Turn on the tap to a stream of warm water and hold her butt under it for several minutes

This is the photo I have. It’s always been right below the vent, from what I can tell.

Okay, thank you. I will check on her first thing in the morning.
We were worried we didn’t dry her thoroughly enough and that’s why the other chicks are pecking. I just learned tonight about the hair dryer trick, we’ve just been drying her with a towel.
Any other tips you have? First time ownership is a lot scarier than I thought.
