One of my chickens never molted?? Why?

My entire flock molted last fall/winter, except for one... One of our two wyandottes never molted?? It looks like at the most she grew 4-5 new feathers, you can tell because they look shiny and new (her other feathers look old and worn out). You can really tell a difference when you see the two wyandottes side by side....
It looks like she could definitely use some new feathers, I feel sorry for her when it rains... :(

Does anyone know why she may have skipped her molt??
 
The molt all depends on the bird. i. e. most people's chickens don't molt in their first year but my five girls ALL molted in their first year. So, I wouldn't worry about it.
