One of My Chicks Needs Help

One of my chicks is having a really hard time walking eating and drinking. Eyes closed all the time and won't stop peeping. WHAT DO I DO??

Separate it from the others, try feeding it with an eye dropper. Lukewarm water with electrolytes or a little B vitamins. Also wet the chick food and feed it with a dropper as well. Feed as often as the chick will take it. Hopefully this will improve it's health in a couple of days and it can return to the brooder with the others

It might be cold? The temp should be 95F if they're a week or less old. If it's one you hatched, and it's just a day or two old, I'd put it back in the incubator for 12 hours and see if it doesn't get a little better.
