I've never done it cause I'm new to having my babies but is it easy for me to learn to do it or should I have someone that knows what they are doing do it

Not if you follow the diagram. I was a nervous wreck first time too that was back in2004 now I just hold them close pull out the wing and clip. If you want get someone to hold while you pull out the wing and clip.
