One of my girls has become a mean girl

I have four red sexlink girls. They're about six months old and have been together since hatching. I've had two of the bigger girls that fuss at each other about dominance (posturing and chest bumping) from time to time, but the smaller two have been left alone. Well, the one who wants to be queen bee has become a mean girl to one of the smaller ones. She doesn't fight or attack her, but she does run her away from the food in the afternoon and is just generally a jerk to her. The bullied girls has gone from being personality plus to hanging back and keeping to herself. I know they have to work it out, but do you recommend that I have two separate feeding stations for afternoon grub? Morning everyone's so hungry that no one's bothering with anyone else.

Not sure what else to do.

You could start out by putting up another feeding station. How much room do they have? Does the bullied one have a chance to get away from the mean one? Any hiding places for her?

They've got plenty of room. Their run is 150 sq ft ( and eight feet high) for four chickens. Plus the coop and under it. And yes, she can get away and hide. When I let them out in the evening for their free ranging I've noticed this bullied bird is staying back in the run for quite a while and she used to be the first one out. I've just never seen this one particular bird be such a jerk before and this other chicken's personality has changed. I will try separate feeding stations tomorrow.
