one of my girls seem sick need help?

she is 11 weeks old will not go into the run just lying down with eyes closed and when opened she just shakes her head like she is not all there with white runny poo cant find any mites are anything with the rest of the flock but it has been really hot 97 today with heat index of 105 have coop and mst of their run in shade but could it be heat stress? felling really bad i try to do everything i can change water before i leave for work and when i get home what kind of electalytes can i give them ?

Do you think she is just overheated?

I have read about others on BYC giving their chickens gatorade.

at 11 weeks I bet that kind of heat could be making her sick, it would to me. give them some cool water, a fan in the coop, watermelon
