one of my hens ran away this am!! please help!

So very glad that your girl finally came home. But like everyone else stated they usually do when it is time to roost or in your case when you let the others our. She probably wasn't far, but just scared or a little lost and the others helped when she heard them. Glad she made it home safe and sound.
