One of my laying hens is not like the other

Wondering what to do about this hen. She seems fine other than her head. She seems to be balding a bit. Haven't noticed her getting picked on either. Wadley look a bit white

One of my hens has a little patch like this. I have not seen anyone pick on her but obviously they are because she is at the bottom of the pecking order. They usually do it at night when sorting out roosting arrangements
