I got her yesterday, she is 3 days old as of today. Out of the three, she is the only one that is sitting down and closing her eyes, like she is trying to sleep. The other two, when I try to pick them up to check if they're healthy, they always try to run away, but this one, it's a buff orpington, stays in the place and continues to sleep. She sometimes has these energy bursts where she gets up and eats/drinks, but then goes straight back down.
What should I do? All the posts I read said that ____ barely survived or ______ died.
She isn't chirping and doesn't play with her two buddies.

Any thoughts? I know baby chicks are susceptible to disease, and may not be for this world when it all comes down to it, but one of our three day old Silkies is barely able to move.

Anyone have any suggestions that may give our little lady a boost?

Thanks!

I you have some time, you could try putting the sick chick in a scarf around your neck. The trick is to get them nestled up close to your throat so you warm them. Feed them a syringe with warm water, coconut oil and yogurt every hour or so. Don't jam it down their throat, just wet the tip of their beak with it and they will instinctively drink.
I had a baby get sick at 3 days old that I didn't do anything for (I was away all day) and he died. Another did the same thing at 2 weeks and 12 hours of people care got him back on track. Good luck.

Edited to add: Anyone out there waiting for their chicks to hatch/arrive: a pack of small syringes is a very cheap investment and great to have on hand. When they go downhill it happens fast.
