One of the great debates: Roosts vertical or horizontal 2x4’s

You could always use a bunch of steering wheels.

As you can see I have both round and flat roost. None of which are narrow. When I use round I try for 4-5” dia. I am not sure if any bird has a favorite place they all seem to move to different spots. Same goes for Turkeys they are pretty much split some on the round birch log and others on flat 2x4

I had wide side up for the first year but switched out to ripped down 2x4s when I moved them into the new coop. They seem to prefer the narrower surface. So you could leave yours in the orientation they are in.
However, they do look too high and are too closely spaced to each other and the wall. You want 12-15" from the center of the roost to the wall and the next roost or you will have birds on the lower roost getting pooped on.
Your coop is a nice size. You should consider installing poop boards under the roosts and having all the roosts the same level. I like that configuration in my coop. It works very well for me and my flock.

Please tell me about your camera system?!

They are Wyze cameras. They need to be plugged in; my coop is wired.
They work off WiFi and an App. They come with one free week of rolling storage. You can set them up to record during specified times based on motion or sound.
You can even talk through them.
I have 6 of them.
I spent less than $100 total.
